The four rooms share one engine: a short link and a QR code, named and colored voices, owner controls, and a self-destruct timer. The tile you pick only changes the layout and a few sensible defaults.

Rooms are unlisted and meant for short-term sharing. Only people with the link (or QR) can access them. You can also set a password or read-only mode for extra control. Rooms auto-expire after 6 hours of inactivity, and within 24 hours no matter what.
