PICK A ROOM · SHARE THE QR · NO SIGN-UP

One QR code. Four kinds of room.

Pick what you're doing and share the QR code. Up to 10 people join in seconds, each under any name they choose, each in their own color. No accounts, no emails, no app - and every room deletes itself within 24 hours.

01 · Poll

Take a poll

Ask a question with two to six answers. It pops up on every phone in the room, each person picks one, and you watch the count come in live.

  • Anonymous, one vote per person, changeable until you close
  • Only you see the live count; closing posts the result to everyone
  • A feed underneath for comments and questions

02 · Classroom

Classroom & brainstorm

Put the QR on the projector. Students scan, pick a nickname, and every idea floats onto the board as a bubble in its author's color.

  • Board mode fills the smartboard; the QR grows so the back row can scan
  • Send & pin your prompt, freeze the board when it's time to talk
  • Nicknames only - no student accounts, links blocked

03 · Share once

Share once

A Wi-Fi password, an address, a login. Guests scan and see it in big type with a Copy button next to every line - no name asked.

  • Read-only by default, so nothing gets buried - turn it off for replies
  • Templates for Wi-Fi, login and address details
  • Add a password for a paid event; gone within 24 hours

04 · Team updates

Team updates

Everyone posts updates through the day. You read them sorted into one window per person, with the time of their latest one.

  • One window per teammate, newest update at the bottom
  • Flip to the plain timeline with one tap
  • Copy the day grouped by person; no group chat left behind

WHAT EVERY ROOM HAS

Same room underneath. Different job on top.

The four rooms share one engine: a short link and a QR code, named and colored voices, owner controls, and a self-destruct timer. The tile you pick only changes the layout and a few sensible defaults.

01

One-click rooms

Each room gets a short, unique URL you can share across devices in one tap. No email, no password, no captcha.

02

QR code invites

Point a phone camera at the code and you're in - pick a name and start contributing. Up to 10 people per room, no typing URLs.

03

No accounts, no identity

Runs entirely in the browser under any display name you choose - no emails, no phone numbers. Close the tab and there's nothing left to delete later.

04

Named, colored voices

Every message is signed with its author's name in their own color, so even a fast ten-person conversation stays readable.

05

Owner controls

Read-only when you want the floor, a password when the link might travel, pin any message to keep it on top, remove anything for everyone.

06

Gone within 24 hours

A room erases itself after 6 quiet hours, and 24 hours after it was made no matter what. Links are blocked, so nobody can turn your room into spam.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps. Ten seconds.

If you can tap a tile and scan a code, you can use Quick Note Share. Nothing to read, nothing to install, nothing to forget.

  1. 01

    Pick a room

Tap the tile that matches the job - poll, classroom, share once or team updates. Your room opens instantly with its own link and QR code.

  2. 02

    Share the QR

Put the code on a screen or pass the link around. Everyone who scans picks a name - any name - and gets their own color.

  3. 03

    Do the thing

Votes, ideas, passwords or updates appear instantly for everyone, laid out for that job. Copy the whole room with one tap when you're done.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

If something's missing, email abrar-personal@outlook.com. A human replies.

  • Take a poll when you want an answer from the room. Classroom for a brainstorm on a projector. Share once to hand out a password, Wi-Fi details or an address. Team updates when several people report in through the day. They all work the same way underneath - a QR code, no sign-up, gone within 24 hours - so there's no wrong choice, only a layout that fits better.

  • No accounts. No sign-in. Quick Note Share works directly in your browser, for you and for everyone who joins. If it has a browser, it works.

  • Rooms are unlisted and meant for short-term sharing. Only people with the link (or QR) can access them. You can also set a password or read-only mode for extra control. Rooms auto-expire after 6 hours of inactivity, and within 24 hours no matter what.

  • Yes - that's what Share once is for. Post on one device, scan the QR on the other, and tap Copy. The text shows in big type, and a password or code gets a monospace font so nothing is misread.

  • Up to 10 devices per room, each under any display name they choose, each in their own color. It works in any modern browser - Windows, Mac, Android and iPhone - with no extensions required.
